Symptoms

Chaincode query returning below TIMEOUT error after upgrade to Fabric 2.2 (OBP v-21.4.1)

"failed to execute transaction <TX_ID>: error sending: timeout expired while executing transaction".

e.g.

 Same query with same code had been resulting in 1 sec of response time in previous OBP version. However, after upgrade to Fabric 2.2 timeout error is happening.

Upgrading OBP instance to Fabric 2.2 (OBP v-21.4.1)
