SaaS Instance Policies Crashes on Editing a Reference Sheet (Doc ID 2849817.1)

Symptoms

The issue can be recreated by:
1. Log into  SaaS Policies
2. Go to Configuration > System > Reference Sheets > Play
3. All of the reference sheets are displayed.
4. When editing the name or deleting the reference sheet with usage as " monitoringTimeline", the application crashes.

EXPECTED: No issues in editing the properties of the reference sheet

ERRORS:
From trace file: javax.faces.application.ViewExpiredException: viewId:/common/pages/Error.xhtml - ADF_FACES-30107:The view state of the page has expired. Reload the page.
