Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Special character '\F\' is being converted to '|' symbol which is causing the misinterpretation of the message at the outbound endpoint.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In 12.1.3.0.0, this did not happen because the special character was carried over to the XML document as-is. This is the behavior expected in 12.2.1.3.0 as well.
