B2B: Not Able to Add Shipping Methods to Contract (Doc ID 2850238.1)

Symptoms

When managing B2B account, there is no way to add shipping methods to a contract.

Reproducible Steps

1. Go to https://<admin server>/occs-admin/#!/accounts/accountsList and select an account

2. Click Contract tab and select a contract or create a new contract with minimal info. Notice no way to add shipping methods to the contract.
