Fusion Global Payroll: Element with Process Once Each Period Setup is Processed by Retropay and Payroll Run in the Same Period (Doc ID 2850260.1)

Goal

December Payroll was processed with Basic Salary 1500 AED (say).
Salary changed effective 01-Dec-2021 with Basic Salary 2000 AED.
Basic Salary is now shown Unprocessed with 2000 AED as the existing entry is replaced by the Salary Proposal.
Processed Retropay which marked the Basic Salary as Processed and created following:
Basic Salary Retro : -1500 and Basic Salary Retro : +2000 (the results are correct here).

Now, run payroll again in December which processed Basic Salary even though it is marked processed by Retropay.
Basic Salary element is defined "Process once each period". Calculate Payroll is not considering the processed check made by Retropay run.

Run results after Payroll Run:
Basic Salary = 2000 (this is not expected)
Basic Salary Retro = -1500
Basic Salary Retro = 2000
