Last updated on AUGUST 15, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion B2B Service Cloud Service - Version 11.13.21.10.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

A custom button ( action URL) has been added to the service request object.  The button has been added to the SR details layout page.
When viewing the Service request Landing page the button is displayed and enabled.

However if you add the button to the Accounts > Service requests  Subtab layout the button is displayed but it is not enabled ( grayed out).

The expectation is that the button will be enabled when the Service request page is accessed from Accounts as well as from Service

STEPS
-----------------------

3. Add this button to the Account and Contact page layouts under the service request subtab.
4. When viewing the Service request page the button is displayed and enabled.
