SSO-SAML Enabled Application URL Is Not Accessible in JCS Through SAAS (Doc ID 2850922.1)

Symptoms

SSO-SAML is enabled between JCS application as service provider - SAAS application as identity provider. Application is not accessible through SAAS. Direct accessing of JCS  application url is also not accessible. 

When accessed through SAAS , it is failing .

Failing with Error 404--Not Found in browser :
