Quota Not Showing In B2B Calendar For Service

You are creating a work order from B2B Service, after select work order type and work area, while trying to open the calendar to see schedule availability, sometime you are getting following pop up error
'No quota has been set up in Oracle Field Service to support the work order area and type combination. Contact your help desk. (SVC-5295167)'
The error does not happen all the time.
