Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Set Up Enterprise Structures-Manage Legal Entities

When attempting to add a new Legal Entity error pops up on UI saying:

"Attribute CustomerCategory_FDS_c in OrganizationDEO is required"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Create a new Legal Entity
2. Check error on UI

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
=================
Be able to create new Legal Entities

BUSINESS IMPACT
===============
Due to this issue, users cannot create new Legal Entity.
