Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, REST API

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Creating individuals, customers, and party accounts in Buying are not available in Care

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Buying should sync these entities to Care

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create individual using /api/party/v4/individual REST api


2. Login to Care


3. Navigate to Navigator > Services > Contact Centers


4. Search for the individual created in step 1


5. No results found
