Symptoms
When attempting to select the account on a service request ( from the service request landing page) the following error occurs.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: <X>, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_asX_XX, Application Name: ORA_CRM_UIAPP.
Replication Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Serve request landing page.
2. Search for service requests using the advanced search
3. Select the account name on an SR in the research results.
4. Error occurs.
