Service Requests Are Created With An Incorrect Reported By Value (Doc ID 2851450.1)

Symptoms


Some service request are created from an inbound e-mail are having the 'Reported by' value showing as the value of an internal username rather than the contact that sent the inbound e-mail.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send an inbound e-mail to create an SR.
2. The SR is created but the reported by field is populated with a different username
