ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 In Personal Details Start Date of name and Demographic Info shows as Original Date of Hire instead of Latest re-Hire Date

Employees who have past employment records are re-hired, the person name start date is defaulting to 'Original Date of Hire'.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should show re-hire date as start date.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Hire an Employee 1-Jan-2016
2. Terminate the employee as of 1-Dec-2016
3. Re-hire employee as of 1-Feb-2021
4. Now navigate to Personal Details > Query above employee
5. It is showing start date as 1-Jan-2016 in name and Demographic Info page
