Symptoms

 When attempting to submit an Compensatory Absence that has a Ceiling the following error occurs even though they have not reached the ceiling
"The compensatory time transaction can't be processed because it exceeds the balance limit for the maximum amount of compensatory time allowed. (ANC-3405210)"
