Symptoms
When attempting to open any reconciliations in ARCS, the following error occurs.

Invalid dialog component id specified for button property: btnCancel
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on Reconciliations card.
2. Select a period.
3. Select a reconciliation to open.
