Custom Service Mapping for EFF/DFF qualifiers in ChRM do not show up in Compare to Attribute for Matrix Classes.

Customer has three EFF/DFF fields from the Sales Order that they need to build a Custom Service Mapping for in pricing.
Each time they try to pull up fields to reference, the system can't find the fields.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Pricing Administration.
2. Manage Matrix Classes.
2. Added a new Matrix Class - XXXXX
Details:
Service - Channel.ProgramEligilityInternal
Entity - CustomerProgram_custom
3. After adding attribute CustProgram_Custom in Service mapping, it did not
appear in matrix class, compare to Attribute.
4. Hence customer could not modify the custom dimensions.
