On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics

When attempting to migrate the catalog from 22A to 21D
the following error occurs.

Incompatible version when reading object "CatalogInputStreamer". Version Read: 16. Min expected: 11. Max expected: 14.
