While Editing Row Cell Of An Editable Table It Is Flashing Previous Row Cell Value (Doc ID 2852065.1)

A Visual Builder application on VBCS 21.07.1 has a page with an editable table.
When trying to edit a cell of a row and then trying to edit the cell of the next row, it is flashing the value of the previous row cell value.

The issue is reproducible in Batch Editable Table (ADP) VBCS cookbook too, with the following steps:
1) Double-click on the first name in the first row
2) Double-click on the first name in the 2nd row: for a fraction of a second the first name in the first row will be shown.

If the real application has business validations when moving from one row to another, that fraction of a second will be more visible and will eventually end up confusing the end users.
Is this expected behavior? How to solve this?
