On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
-----------------------
"Document of Record" extract completes successfully but "Document of Record" is not created

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
"Document of Record" extract should create "Document of Record" for employee.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. My Client Groups -> Data Exchange -> Submit Extracts
  2. Select "Legislative Data Group"
  3. Search and submit custom extract with parameters
  4. Extract completes successfully
  5. My Client Groups -> Quick Actions -> Show More -> Document Records
  6. Search for the employee and click on the employee record.
  7. Document is not available.
