On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Setup and Configuration
Import External Transactions to the Tax Repository FBDI failed to upload
ERROR

Value used for ROWS parameter changed from 64 to 6
Record 1: Rejected - Error on table ZX_TRANSACTION.
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into (???)
Record 2: Rejected - Error on table ZX_TRANSACTION_LINES.
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into (???)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload External Transactions to the Tax Repository FBDI
2. Verify error in log file
