ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

LGPS Contribution deducted twice
We have a scenario where LGPS Employee and Employer Contributions is deducted twice for one employee.
Assignment E12345-3 for Employee 12345 is terminated on 31-Aug-2021 and employee is having only 1 active assignment which is E12345.
The LGPS element and Benefits and pension card for assignment 12345-3 is not end-dated even though the payroll is closed for 12345-3 assignment.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Payroll for employee 12345;
2. See that LGPS is calculated twice.
