Symptoms
When attempting to evaluate a life event for one employee, the following error occurs:
ERROR

There was a problem saving the elections because another enrollment
exists in the same element that this enrollment uses. (BEN-991105)
Element Medical EE, Rate Medical Plan Employee
Only EE Pretax, Effective date 2021-12-15.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Benefits Administration > Enrollment.
2. Search and select the employee in question.
3. Attempt to evaluate the life event.
Error occurs.
