Error while Updating Archive Transactions Duration For Oracle Taleo Imported Notification Process (Doc ID 2852841.1)

On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to update the archive transactions duration from default 3 months to a different duration, following error occurs.

ERROR

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 151, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to Tools > Transaction Console > Approval Rules
2. Locate Oracle Taleo Imported Notification process
3. Under archive transactions column, select 9 months instead of default 3 months

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The Imported Candidate Notifications are marked completed automatically approximately 7 days after they are brought in to the BPM worklist.  Then, 30 days after that completion date they are being archived.  Our process is to process these imported candidates as pending workers the Friday before they start (they start on Mondays).  These notifications are often being archived before we have a chance to process them as a pending worker.  Thus, we end up having to manually create a pending worker.   We were hoping to extend the period before they are archived, so we don't have to manually create so  many pending workers.
User would want them not to archive in 30 days, so they are available in the BPM worklist to do the "process pending worker" task on them.
