Symptoms
On OBP, Chaincode testing on a Hyperledger Fabric test network and trying to upload it to blockchain instance on the cloud. It is java based. Copy the src file and Gradle files in a directory following online examples for packaging. zip these files into a custodian.zip file. When uploading it as part of the process of Deploy a New Chaincode (Quick Deployment), after a while of processing ("installing chaincode"), the an "Implausibly Old TimeStamp" error appears on the three java files in the archive. The same error occurs when packing the zip in Linux and windows. See below for more detail on the error message:
