User-Defined Report: 'Edit' Option (Standard View) Does Not Allow the Settings for an Existing Query Item To Be Modified

Symptoms
On Unifier: Version 21.12.
When using the 'Edit' option (Standard view or new UI) to modify a Query item's settings in a User-Defined Report (UDR):
Expected Result
There should be a way to modify the settings for an existing Query item.
Actual Result
There is no ability to modify the settings for an existing Query item. Instead the user must Remove the existing item and then Add a new item with the desired settings.
It is noted that the 'Edit in Classic view' option does allow the user to modify the Query items settings.
