Oracle Taleo Learn: The Reset Renewal Date is not applied to the users (Doc ID 2853629.1)

Symptoms

For a recurring Learning Plan the administrator used the 'Renewal Date' option to reset the renewal date for all mapped users to a new date.
The administrator noticed there are still users listed with the Learning Plan status as Completed with Initial Due Date instead of being listed as Incomplete and with the new Due Date set through the 'Renewal Date'.
