Issues With Pull To Refresh Component After Upgrade To VBCS 22.04

Symptoms
After the update to VB runtime 22.04.0, a Visual Mobile Application stops working when ran in the emulator.
The application has a page which uses
oj-sample-mobile-pull-to-refresh
When running the application in the VBCS emulator, the page won't load.
After removing the above component from the page, the page would load successfully.
The page is affected by another issue, after fixing the above behavior.
Navigation does not work: it does not matter if a new navigation is added or if it's an already existing one.
What happens is when clicking to navigate, nothing happens.
Reverting the VBCS version for the application to 21.10.2 + JET 10.3.5 the above issues are no longer reproducible.
