"Accept" Button Doesn't Work When Creating Contact From Chat Interactions (Doc ID 2853754.1)

Problem Description
Agents are not able to save contact because "Accept" button doesn't work if the agent accepts a new interaction previously to click on the button "Save and Close". This is complete replicable by following this steps:

1. A new contact starts a chat and agent accepts it. The windows to save the new contact is opened automatically
2. Agent goes to save the contact (the one that I describe in step .1) Agent clicks on Create Contact and a new windows in opened
3. A new chat starts and it belongs to a new contact. The agent accepts it before clicking on Save and close and the windows is closed automatically.
4. The agent clicks on "Save" button but it doesn't work.
