The Asset Cost and Reserve Report is only showing '000' cost center values instead of what cost center shown for each asset on the view accounting page UI.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

     1. Navigate to Scheduled Process
     2. Run Asset Cost and Reserve Report
     3. Navigate to Fixed Asset > Tasks > Inquire Asset.
     4. Search and compare the Accounting Lines for an asset, listed on the report.
