Goal

Markup Price not added to unit price on Requisition

Markup price of 15% to be added to all items ordered internally from IT Shop and Stationery. The Markup is not been added on the Requisition line although the rule is been executed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Insert information for create an internal REQ
2. Price on REQ is coming wrong based on ranking
3. User need to change Source for have the correct price on REQ
