Transaction Matching (TM) Unmatched Balance Total Is Not Changing After Auto-Match (Doc ID 2854072.1)

Symptoms

 All transactions get loaded and appear under the unmatched total of the Matching > Overview > Balance panel.  I run auto-match and the transaction are matched correctly but it does not reduce the number of total balance of unmatched transactions.
