Symptoms
On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Purchase Orders
When attempting to edit POs and cancel a PO line that have an expired BPA.
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Error : 'The line references an agreement that has expired'.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PO PO123 on 11/30/21, related to BPA123.
2. BPA123 was end dated on 11/30/21
3. Buyer attempted to cancel line on 3/3/2022 but error occurs.
