Cannot Update Archive Transactions Duration For Oracle Taleo Imported Notification Process (Doc ID 2854136.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to in the Transaction console, change the archive transactions from the default 3 months to a different duration
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
An application error has occurred... server instance UIserver_1 application name 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to Tools > Transaction Console > Approval Rules
2. Locate Oracle Taleo Imported Notification process
3. Under archive transactions column, select 9 months instead of default 3 months
