Error when accessing Microsoft 365 Designer

Navigation steps Configuration -> Application Composer -> Productivity Applications Setup -> CX Sales for Microsoft 365

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Application Composer in sandbox
2. Select "Productivity Applications Setup" from "Common Setup"
3. Get error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot modify O365 side panel.
