ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After setting an account and mapping set rule to default the clearing account to a specific value for assets coming from the Feeder System ABCDE , the accounting defaults the clearing account to the Book or category defaults instead the one setup in the rule.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The new rules should override the clearing account defaults

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup an Account and Mapping set rule as below
Account Rule
Mapping Set: NFL Asset Addition Cost Clearing Account - Condition : "Feeder System Name" = ABCDE
Source: Asset Clearing Account Code Com ID - Condition : "Feeder System Name" = ABCDE

Mapping set:
NFL Asset Addition Cost Clearing Account

Input Sources: Asset Number
COA : ABC Global COA
Mappings:
Asset Number: *

Output: 150098 No effective start or end dates -- This is the clearing account expected to be used.

2. Upload and Post an asset of the category XY that has a default clearing account is 150099 and Feeder System ABCDE

3. Run Create Accounting in draft mode, the clearing account used was 150099 instead of 150098.
