When attempting to load Department General Ledger or GL Cost Center details using the seeded HSDL Department Spreadsheet Template, the following error occurs.

No objects can be loaded because no valid objects exist. Review the error messages, correct the data, and resubmit the data in a new file

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access the seeded HSDL Department Spreadsheet Template via the Manage Departments task from Setup & Maintenance, and click Manage in Spreadsheet
2. Attempt to load Department General Ledger or GL Cost Center Company, Value Sets, and Manager details
3. Encounter the error message above
