Unifier Bid Portal Error After Entering Correct Credentials: "Welcome to Primavera Portal, Contact your Primavera Administrator to get application access" (Doc ID 2854723.1)

Symptoms

21.11 version and higher

When vendor users are attempting to access the bid portal from the "New' URL provided by Oracle the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Welcome to Primavera Portal, Contact your Primavera Administrator to get application access"


NOTE: This is the PRODUCT portal not the bid ports as the Environments panel is on the LEFT side and "Production " is highlighted.

 


STEPS

  1. Unifier Administrator provides Vendors with New URL
  2. Vendor uses New URL to access the credential page - NOTE there is no designation of what the page is allowing access.
  3. After entering correct credentials the message displays
