MDS Session error while integrating OIC to OSC (Doc ID 2854954.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, CX Integration

When attempting to use OIC Integration, the following error occurs.

Fault Code : env:Server
Fault String : ADFSHARE-00120 : Error encountered while creating the MDS Session. Application state will be reset. Please logout and log back in if problem persists.

In addition, we are seeing internal 500 server errors for other API endpoint calls e.g.

https://xxxxxxxxx/crmRestApi/resources/latest/activities?q=PrimaryContactId%3D300000138273732%3BActivityFunctionCode%3D%3BActivityNumber%3D&expand=Attachments%2CLOVVA_For_AppointmentType_c&onlyData=true&limit=200&orderBy=ActivityEndDate%3Adesc returned a response status of 500 Internal Server Error
