How to preserving leading zeros in OTBI CSV export

Example: The Analysis has employee last 4 of SSN and when exporting the report to CSV the leading zeros are not preserved.

Tried using the following column formula on the Last 4 SSN column which essentially takes only the last 4 digits in the employee's Primary National Identifier Number, but it did not work
RIGHT("Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time"."Worker"."Primary National Identifier Number",4)
