Symptoms

When trying to configure DA-as-an-Agent with ODA in B2B Oracle Service Cloud , the following error occurs in the Verification Settings:

Error: [BOTS-64019] Error getting auth token in service cloud agent session. because Authentication Provider configuration not found for id IDCS_OAuthForFA.
