Why the SOURCE_EVENT_PERIOD_ID Column Value Does Not Match the Interval Number ? Also, the CN_INTERVALS_ALL_B table is Empty (Doc ID 2855041.1)

Symptoms

The period value stored in table CN_TP_TRANSACTIONS_ALL , column SOURCE_EVENT_PERIOD_ID has value with extra embedded zero like 2022001.  It is not the same value as the the interval number for Period ( eg. 202201 )
