Visual Application Not Getting Staged After Upgrade Because Of Component (Doc ID 2855050.1)

Symptoms

After migrating a Visual app from one environment to another, the application is not getting staged because of component oj-sample-checkbox-switch no longer being supported after the upgrade.

Upgraded app needs the latest version of oj-sample-checkbox-switch but cannot see it in component browser.
