ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After loading a User HDL file successfully to remove a specific role from several employees and their associated User Accounts--and after running the Send Pending LDAP Request ESS Process--the role is still associated with the User Account
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After following the steps above, the employees still have the target role assigned to their User Account
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Load the User HDL file with intent to remove one or more roles from employee's User Accounts successfully
- Run the Send Pending LDAP Request
- Observe that the employee's User Accounts still have the roles assigned within the Manage Users task from My Team and/or Security Console
