Unable to refresh data for one individual employee via administrator worker get error “The process didn't complete. (CMP-1005248)” and unable to see him in worksheet.
For the compensation plan, although a worker is eligible for the plan, we cannot find him in worksheet. However we can search him in the administrator worker and look into his detail for this plan.
It seems for a period of time the worker didn’t have manager in the system which broke the manager hierarchy. That issue was fixed in HR side.
And when the admin tries to change the manager hierarchy in ‘status and hierarchy’, it allows to change the manager and save but when we click on refresh data to refresh his data via administrator worker for the plan, it does not let us to do that and error out

How could we fix this issue?
