Problem Description:

Error when importing an export of Talent Questions from one environment to another.

Error:
for field AttributeName exceeds the maximum allowed length .
Look at the errors for this object and report these to the product Profile Management.

Steps:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Export talent questions from one environment
2. Import the talent questions into another environment
3. Error occurs
