IDCS Change Account Name Is Not Updated To The Access (Doc ID 2855490.1)

Goal

User replication is set up from Azure AD to Oracle IDCS.

When the user changes name in Azure AD, it's replacing the username in Oracle IDCS, but some of the attributes are not updated with the new name. For example, in the IDCS access page it still shows the initial user name.
