On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Setup and Configuration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Manage Payment System-->Cybersource payment system. Enter payment system specific details and click Save.
Values are not saved.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to save payment system specific settings

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Payment System
2. Query Cybersource
3. In Payment System Settings, enter Cybersource specific values for parameters such as TOKEN_CREATE_URL or TOKEN_PAY_URL and save

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot test Cybersource integration
