On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Global Payroll

Calculate Prepayments run has error for an employee.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. My Client Groups -> Payroll -> Submit a Flow
  2. Enter the Legislative Data Group.
  3. Search and select flow "Calculate Prepayments".
  4. Enter the parameters and run the process.
  5. The process completes with error.
