Budget dates not modified after changes in Project Financial tasks

The user noticed that when changing the dates of a task in the WBS in Project financial management, this change is not copied in the project budget if there are some budget lines for that specific task. Otherwise, if there are no budget lines, than the two dates are aligned.
Why it works in this way? Is there a way to align it anyway also for the ones with already a budget?

It is true that the resource is not having a bearing on the budgetary control amounts but still has the issue with the dates.
Here, the user is trying to close the PO but it has error . But this is not the only instance of the issue. The user get the same issue if we try to match an invoice to a PO that was created in 2021.

Error: "The transaction didn't pass budget check because the budget date isn't within the control budget date range. The 2022-03-07 budget date isn't between the 2012-01-01 start date and 2021-12-31 end date of the control budgets for the project. You must either change the budget date or update the project dates and then set the budget to baseline such that the control budget dates are updated."

Since this is happening on all projects and with all PO's related to those project in 2021, the user do not believe the change of budget and or close dates are the issue here as he is defaulting all of the projects to a 3 year time frame. If adding a new PO to this same line, then it works fine. It seems to be only older transactions having issues with.
