Google Site Ownership Verification File Is Not Showing In Vanity Site URL's (Doc ID 2855950.1)

Symptoms

Google site ownership verification file is uploaded to production environment but it is not showing in expected Vanity Storefront URL's For Example: https://example.com/googleeabxxxxxxx.html

The file is visible in the OCC Storefront URL,
https://xxxxprd-admin.occa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/file/vxxxx/thirdparty/googleeabxxxxxxx.html but not the Vanity storefront URL's

Google site ownership verification file must be shown in expected Vanity Storefront URL's along with OCC Storefront URL's

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Document followed Upload a Google site ownership verification file: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/cx-commerce/21c/ccdev/upload-google-site-ownership-verification-file.html
2. Go to Vanity Storefront URL link https://example.com/googleeabxxxxxxx.html
3. Error page is shown instead of file
